Cancellation Policy
- As it is a virtual event, we do not consider any Cancellation requests. The requests may be considered under extreme circumstances, in such cases, the customer can rise cancellation requests, which may be submitted by phone, email, online, or in person. Please note that refunds will be processed in the original form of payment. If you have any questions or concerns about our cancellation policy.
- If the registrant is unable to attend and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then there will be no refund processed
- Cancellations are strictly not allowed once after the payment is made on our conference website due to the Low price structures of the conference.
- Alternatively, you may request that the original registration fee be transferred to a future Conference of your choice.

+ How to submit an Abstract?
Upload your Abstarct on the Abstract submission page or Send us your abstracts by email. Make sire that the abstract is in format which you may download from our submission page.
+ Where do I go to submit an abstract?
You may submit proposals online via our Abstract Submission Page/Portal or you can directly email to conference Program Manager.
+ May I submit more than one proposal?
Yes. You may submit more than one proposal and participate in more than one session either in oral or poster session. However, you may not present more than two papers during the conference.
+ Do you have any template for paper submission?
Yes, we have a template for abstract submission. Please download from the Abstract Submission Page.
+ How much time will be given for an oral presenter?
Each Oral Presenter will have 20-25 minutes for presentation including Q/A session
